Arrange building and develop infrastructure.
Find suitable spot to erect log cabin. Edkou will erect the log cabin and it will be complete with electrical wiring and plumbing including showers and baths. We will have to furnish and fit kitchen and cupboards. See attached pics of cabin and floor plan. We can erect a deck with pool & braai area ourselves.
The plot we are looking at is on a dune and it is the highest point of the whole Fransmanshoek conservation area. 180 degree sea views west and east !
The title deed allows for a borehole and access to a nearby fountain. Current land tax is R90.00 p/month with no other levies. Our objective would be to be 100% self sufficient with no municipal services.

Future plans: Develop another log cabin as allowed by title deed and sell it to another syndicate thus reducing our capital exposure.
